Art has been part of life from a very young age. Looking at a
grandfather’s and an uncle’s paintings gave me the desire to
paint as well. Art was always given to me to teach in school. I am
citizen of a beautiful country – South Africa. My colourful
original oil and acrylic paintings reflect the vibrant richness of
our heritage. It is reflected in flowers, scenery and animal life
with some realistic abstracts added as well. I have traveled to
exotic places like the Caribbean and the Hawaii islands which is
also vibrant with colour which further stimulated my painting. I
am constantly stimulated by various art teachers and attend many
lectures on art.
